I draw a lot on Focusing-Oriented Therapy and here is a simple exercise called Clearing Space taken from Eugene Gendlin’s work, with help from my dog Mango. It’s a fairly quick way to create some inner calm.

Mango, by the way, can be in the office sometimes if you are okay with that.
