Relational Mindfulness: A Course in Deep Dialogue

  • Embody mindfulness as a process of becoming connected and spontaneous with ourselves and others. 
  • Engage in group process work, movement, expressive arts, and psychological inner work in service of waking up the lifeforce and our deepest potential(s).

Facilitator: Sean Park, PhD

Drawing from his immersion in music, movement, meditation, writing and group process work, Sean emphasizes the value of artistic and contemplative practices in service of finding truth, playfulness and compassion in every nook of daily life. He has studied with various teachers including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Gregory Kramer, Shahar Rabi and Avraham Cohen and is about to commence a mentorship in sacred ecstatics under the guidance of Bradford and Hillary Keeney. Sean has a PhD in contemplative and arts education from Simon Fraser University and lives in Hamilton, ON.
